Presented and gained approval on a business case to senior leadership involving a project with an opportunity size of $5.3M to reverse IT logic of a fuel product upon rental car return.

Led an analysis to size the opportunity on simplifying, and minimizing revenue erosion, on the company’s coverage options by eliminating one of the products. The analysis led to a pilot program for the entire Southeast and Western Regions (~300 locations) and involved cross-departmental support between corporate and field leadership teams.
